I am a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of fitness training experience. I'm excited to inspire, motivate, and assist you with meeting as well as exceeding your wellness goals. I enjoy talking with people about the importance of exercising and I stress the necessity to build mental wellness in order to achieve & sustain their wellness successes.

There are three things that I think is important as you start your journey to wellness.  It's important to be Committed to the process, Consistent with what you do within the process, and have the Willpower to abstain from regularly doing things that interfere with your progress. It's also important to reward yourself as you achieve successes in order to maintain self-motivation.
